How do credits work?
Each time you restyle a photo, Gen2 uses credits. Every style shows how many it needs before you start. New accounts start with free credits, and you can buy more or subscribe to Gen2 Plus in the app.
My photo didn’t turn into artwork. Did I lose my credits?
No. If a generation fails or is stopped by our content checks, the credits are refunded automatically. Trying a different photo, or one where the subject is clearer, often helps.
How long does it take? Can I leave the app?
Usually under a minute. You can leave the app while you wait: progress shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and your artwork waits for you in My Posters.
Can I save the artwork without the poster?
Yes. In the poster editor, tap Save Artwork. You can also touch and hold any poster in My Posters and choose Save Artwork.
I bought credits but don’t see them.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account you used to buy them, then go to the Account tab and tap Restore Purchases. If they’re still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and we’ll sort it out.
How do I cancel Gen2 Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Gen2 Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Account tab and tap Delete Account. This signs you out on all devices and deletes all your photos and artwork from our servers. It can’t be undone, so save anything you want to keep first.
How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?
Email gen2@o-c.do with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. Please don’t include photos of other people unless they’re needed.
